Child policy:
Children under 5 years are not allowed to participate in this activity.
Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Each paying adult may only accompany one child.
Good to know:
For safety reasons, all participants aged 16 years and above must be capable of swimming 25 metres unassisted. This requirement ensures a secure and enjoyable experience for everyone involved. If a participant books but is observed by the guides to be unable to swim, they will be escorted back to shore for safety, and no refund will be provided.
All participants aged 16 years and above must have swimming ability despite being provided with a PFD. It is preferred that children have swimming ability and/or are confident within a marine environment. The tour is in the open ocean, so you must be confident in the open water.
The experience includes approximately 1.5 hours of paddling. A moderate level of fitness is required.
Guests with back, neck, shoulder, hip, or heart conditions, as well as those who are pregnant or who have any injuries or medical conditions that may pose a health risk, participate at their own risk.
